These Terms govern your use of the Sell My Phone Albury and Wodonga website and the sale of any iPhone to us. By submitting a quote request you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Sell My Phone Albury and Wodonga is a sole-trader business operated by Will Harrington in the Albury–Wodonga region. ABN coming soon.

2. What we buy

We buy iPhone 12 and newer models only. This includes all variants (mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max) and all storage capacities. We do not buy older iPhones, Android devices, iPads, or any other electronics through this service.

3. Quotes are estimates, not binding offers

A quote provided in response to your submission is an estimate based on the information you give us. The final amount we pay is subject to a physical inspection of the device at the meeting. If the device materially differs from what was described - for example, undisclosed damage, lock status, or storage capacity - we may revise the quote or decline the purchase. We will always explain any revision.

4. Your obligations as a seller

You agree that:

• The iPhone is yours to sell, free of any finance, lease, or third-party claim
• The iPhone is not reported lost or stolen and is not iCloud-locked to another account
• You will sign out of iCloud, disable Find My, and perform a factory reset before or during the meeting
• You will provide truthful information about the device's condition

If a device is found to be stolen, locked to another account, or under finance, we will not complete the purchase and may report the matter to the police as required by law.

5. Payment

We pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by PayID at the time of the meeting. You choose the method. Payment is made on the spot, after the device has been inspected and reset.

6. Data on your device

You are responsible for backing up your data before the meeting and for performing the factory reset. We will help you reset the device in front of you. Once sold, we accept no responsibility for any data left on the device, including photos, contacts, messages, app data, or saved credentials.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Where a matter arises in Victoria (Wodonga), Victorian law may also apply. You and we both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Victoria.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. The Terms in effect at the time you submitted your quote request apply to that transaction.
